Here is How it Works

You enter your applicant’s name, e-mail address and which package you would like to run (shown below). That’s it, an email is sent to the applicant who then follows the secure link to an online employment application. The applicant enters all their data and signs an electronic (E-Signature) form. Now you can sit back and focus on more important things while we validate the information supplied by the applicant. We will have a report for you within 48 hours.

Applicant Pay

A new enhancement to the self-service Applicant Link, we have provided our clients with the ability to have their applicants pay for their own background check.  This is perfect for those companies who hire independent contractors  to represent their brand.

Applicant Pay works the same way as Applicant Link, with respect to the online authorization form and the E-Signature, except at the end of the online application, a credit card authorization page is presented so the applicant can pay for their own background check.  If an applicant does not complete the credit card authorization portion, the background check cannot be submitted.

The client still receives notification that the applicant has completed the link and the results are returned in the same manner as applicant link.
