We are here for you.  We know you’re concerned for your employees and families, as we are.  And, you still have your business to run, even if you’re doing so remotely.  So, we have stepped up our service to support you with the background screening, drug testing and E-Verify solutions you rely upon.

At Crimcheck, we are committed to protecting clients’ employees, customers, assets and brands by providing comprehensive, accurate, and compliant employment screening solutions.  Our commitment has not waivered as global concerns regarding COVID-19 grew over the past few weeks.  In fact, we took swift and decisive action to ensure the continuity of our service – so you can continue to hire the right people – while we ensured the wellbeing of what makes Crimcheck so special – our people.

While some clients’ hiring needs have been deferred during this time, many of our clients have picked up the pace of their hiring.  And, some of our “essential service providers” need their background checks expedited like never before.  Rest assured, we are up to the task!

Crimcheck is still able to process 92% of our clients’ background screening orders.

While several courthouses throughout the country have been closed to the general public, that does not mean we’re unable to access and report information.  What is means is that researchers do not have physical access to the public record indexes.  Even in these unprecedented times, Crimcheck can continue to access criminal and civil record information via our direct court integrations and provide FCRA compliant records in most jurisdictions

While there are delays in a greater number of jurisdictions than normal, we have we have implemented a number of measures to lessen their impact.

  • Through a combination of our technology and dedicated team members, we are processing your orders seven days a week;
  • We are also offering viable alternative searches where available; and
  • We have added weekend Customer Support hours so that members of our team are available for you from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST on Saturdays and Sundays.
