While we work to continuously upgrade our eFetch system, we are excited to announce our newest feature that we have added to help make your background checks easier:
Advanced Order Validation
This feature will allow you to see any potential order discrepancies and immediately fix any issues before submitting the order for processing.
For example, if there is a name, date of birth or social security number mismatch, you’ll be presented with a form to view the discrepancy, review suggested changes and update the order if you wish.
This feature has many benefits for our customers including:
- Faster turnaround time
- Less delays
- Less emails and phone calls to update applicant information
- Less data entry
- Allows for the customer to “double check” their work for accuracy and provide better applicant data.
This feature is currently only available when ordering via Order Comprehensive/orders submitted directly through eFetch client’s portal.
We will be launching the feature for all customers on Monday, November 23, 2020.
